1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the business entity providing the Classes.
“Participant”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual enrolling in or attending the Classes.
“Classes” refers to live online sessions delivered via Zoom or other digital platforms, including any associated materials.

2. Scope of Services
We provide live, interactive online educational sessions designed to support skill development, communication, confidence, and applied learning through guided participation.
The Classes are experiential and instructional in nature and are delivered in real time.

3. Educational Purpose & Nature of Content
The Classes are provided for general educational, informational, and developmental purposes only.
They are not intended to constitute, and should not be relied upon as:

  • Formal academic education
  • Government-accredited training
  • Regulated professional instruction

Participation in the Classes does not result in the awarding of any nationally recognised qualification, licence, certification, or academic credit.

4. No Accreditation or Professional Representation
Nothing in the provision or marketing of the Classes constitutes a representation that:

  • We are a registered training organisation (RTO)
  • The Classes comply with any government-regulated education framework
  • Completion of the Classes provides professional or academic credentials

The Classes focus on practical engagement, guided experience, and applied learning, rather than formal accreditation.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While the Classes are designed to be beneficial and engaging, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, progress, or performance.
Individual outcomes vary and depend on multiple factors including participation, attendance, effort, experience, and personal circumstances.

6. Participant Responsibility
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your participation and application of the material
  • Any decisions or actions taken following the Classes are your own
  • The Classes are undertaken at your discretion

7. Technology Requirements
Classes are delivered online via Zoom or similar platforms.
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining a reliable internet connection
  • Access to suitable hardware, audio, and video equipment

We are not liable for disruptions, delays, or inability to attend caused by technical issues beyond our control.

8. Attendance, Recordings & Access
Live attendance is encouraged; however, we do not guarantee that every session will occur as scheduled or that all Participants will be able to attend live due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • Sessions may be recorded where stated in advance
  • Access to recordings (if any) is at our discretion
  • Missed sessions are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise

9. Live Session Recording, Consent & Privacy

9.1 Recording of Live Sessions
Some Classes may be recorded for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • participant access to replays
  • internal quality review
  • facilitator training
  • educational reference materials
  • Marketing and Promotion

Where recordings will occur, Participants will be informed in advance, either prior to or at the commencement of the Class.

9.2 Participant Consent
By attending a Class that is recorded, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of your audio, video, and on-screen participation (including names as displayed), to the extent of your chosen level of participation.
Participants may choose to disable their camera, mute their microphone, or otherwise limit their visual or verbal participation during recorded sessions. Consent applies only to the elements of participation voluntarily enabled by the Participant.

9.3 Right to Decline Recording
Participants may choose not to be recorded by:

  • turning off their camera
  • muting their microphone when appropriate
  • declining to participate verbally or visually during recorded segments

Where a Participant does not wish to be recorded at all, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate this choice, which may include:

  • camera-off participation
  • audio-only participation
  • participation during non-recorded portions of the Class

9.4 Optional Participation
Participation involving video or verbal contribution is voluntary. Choosing not to be recorded will not, in itself, prevent attendance unless recording is integral to the structure of the Class (which will be disclosed in advance).

9.5 Use of Recordings
Recordings will not be sold, publicly distributed, or used for promotional purposes without additional consent, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Recordings, where provided, are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

9.6 Privacy & Data Handling
Recordings will be stored securely and accessed only by authorised persons.
We take reasonable steps to protect Participant privacy; however, Participants acknowledge that online platforms involve inherent data and security risks outside our direct control.

9.7 Participant Recordings Prohibited
Participants may not record Classes, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

10. Age Requirement
Participation in the Classes is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of booking.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not accept bookings on behalf of minors, and no person under the age of 18 may attend or participate in the Classes.
We reserve the right to refuse access, cancel enrolment, or remove any Participant found to be under the age of 18, without refund.

11. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any Participant, without refund, if they:

  • Disrupt sessions
  • Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Breach these Terms and Conditions

12. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, session recordings, exercises, and methodologies provided during the Classes are our intellectual property or used under licence.
You may not:

  • Record sessions without express permission
  • Distribute, reproduce, or share materials
  • Use content for commercial purposes

13. Fees, Refunds & Cancellations
Fees and refund terms are stated at the point of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified:

  • Fees are non-refundable
  • Missed sessions are not credited
  • We may reschedule or cancel Classes where necessary

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss
  • Loss of opportunity, income, or reputation
  • Any reliance placed on information provided during the Classes

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Class.

15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

  • Your participation in the Classes
  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Misuse of content or materials

16. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority.
